We understand the importance of your big day and we want our brides to be 100% stress-free when ordering a gown from us.
We guarantee all of our dresses arrive exactly as they are describe on our website. Therefore, we don’t offer refunds on just simply change of heart or wrong choice of sizes or colours.
When sending in your measurements, please ensure all the numbers are accurate; we are not responsible if the measurements you gave us is incorrect. If you plan to manage your weight, please email us for sizing recommendation.
If on a rare occasion that you believe our products might be faulty or there is a misrepresentation of the product, you can return the item(s) back to us and we will examine to provide you the best solution. Please note: Customers are responsible for their postage fee when returning a product.
We do not accept return, refund or exchange on off-the-rack sale items or items on promotions.
CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that sometimes a bride will CHANGE HER MIND before she receives her dress. If this is you, please remember that the production of your dress begins as soon as your deposit is paid, after which you can either:
Forfeit the 50% deposit and Em Bridal Boutique retains your dress; or
Pay the total invoice and we will send you the finished dress.
- Hiring items, purchases on item off-the-rack and items on promotions:
We require a minimum 30% deposit of total invoice at the beginning in order to lock-in the dates. If you wish to cancel your purchase after the deposit is paid we only offer refund on store credit.
